I had a mixed experience at the Santa Clara Marriott. While the location is fantastic for events and the staff showed really good hospitality, certain recent changes in the lounge access for elite guests, particularly for families, were disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms and proactive customer service were highlights of my stay. Overall, it was a decent visit, but some adjustments could greatly enhance family-friendly features. 😕🌟

The standout feature was definitely the really good customer service, which made me feel very welcome. While my room was a bit small for the price, it was clean and comfortable (though a little extra space would have been nice!). The hotel is also well-located near Levi Stadium and Great America, making it ideal for events.
